PK. Sherpa (PART 6)

PK. Sherpa (PART 6)

............CONTINUED

Tears were going down from the both of my eyes and I was trying to hide them. But as the saying goes, SURJYAKO SAMUMA TUKKI - how could I be able to hide anything let along tears from the Master. He says, “Please do not cry.” Just be fast. It is too dangerous to stay here like this." By this time, I came out of the TENT. I started feeling my toes curling a bit, and fingers shivering. I thought I would be frozen in a matter of seconds. So I started jumping and continued doing so for a minute or so, which helped me to warm my body up a bit.

After all these incident 15 to 20 minutes later or so I was ready to leave Master behind. Again my tears started coming down for Master was alone to be left behind. But what to do, I could do nothing but to follow the guidelines of the Master.

While leaving: Master says, “although there are 7, 8 unused oxygen I may use only a few of them. I am trying to meditate without oxygen." And he informs me, “please C.M. sir go now and tell others, if they ask, that I will be in silent tomorrow. And I will continually be in Silent TAPASYA for about three months from today. I may probably come down tomorrow during the day.”

With these words, Master started his TAPASYA sitting on a stone outside the TENT. He had also showed me a place directly above the TENT saying that he might do the TAPASYA on that venue for a while sometimes next morning so that people walking towards the TOP of the Everest would not disturb him for the TENT was just near the way to the TOP.
I left the Master alone:
I did not know where the Master had been for about 7 hours while I was inside the TENT sleeping. This was the thought occurring and reoccurring into my head while coming down. Sometimes I thought Master might have gone to Nirvana and came back again; No, No, Master may have been on the venue that he had shown saying that he would be on that place next morning as the noise of people climbing towards the top would disturb him; No No, I think Master must have been on the Top of the Everest;
My thoughts in this manner were disagreeing and thumping each other.
But finally, Oh, Yes! he must have been on the Top of the Everest no matter what. And my conclusion was, of course! Master was on the Top of the Everest meditating (TAPASYA) for whole living kinds.

While coming down, I was frightened nearly to death at the crossing point of the Hillary step. It is really hazardous, breath-taking: if you slip away a bit then you will face death. The nature of Hillary step is such that if you skid away you will hit your head on the Hillary Rocks.
